Both products had adverts that gave ridiculous results. Finally gave in and they were disappointing to say the least. Zero difference. I don’t have thin hair and I’m pretty good at styling (obviously not hairdresser level) but no difference when using either product.

Product didn’t do what it said

I found the shampoo/ conditioner/ and 2 other products I ordered didn’t work for me, hair was almost impossible to brush through, but it is very long, nevertheless the customer service was 11 out of 10 and they fully refunded me on the day of complaint

Unfortunately I felt the products didn’t work for my hair, the conditioner was thin and took ages to brush through, but their customer service was absolutely amazing, gave me a full refund on day of complaint 5 star
