The ChiliBLANKET and the chili PAD are the best combination. I did receive them on time with no problems at all; the way I made the purchase was so easy and reliable.

Fast delivery, very happy

I upgraded to the Dock Pro from the Ooler sleep system and am very happy with the new product. The actual sheet that lays on your bed is more secure and the flow of water into it is more even. That creates a more consistent temp experience throughout sleep. I also enjoy how fast it cools and heats. Make going to bed and waking up more pleasant!

Shipping/Setup etc was fabulous and super easy.
