My sleep efficiency has doubled
I am two weeks in and my results are impressive.
I wear a Garmin Instinct while I sleep and track my HRV, Heartrate, and recovery religiously. Prior to my Ooler, I had been very cyclical in recovery, getting minimal recovery half the week, which hampered workouts and overall daily energy levels. Unrest was the norm.
Since day one, my recovery nightly has doubled, and in turn all metrics have improved. My resting HR average dropped 8 points in the first week. This was also aided by being able to put out more in workouts due to improved recovery. My HRV has been optimal by comparison as well during sleep and throughout the day.
My wife has noticed improvements in her rest as as well. She is definitely sleeping more deeply. Even my dog, that frequently crawls in with us, has been unflappable throughout the night.
This has been an immediate and drastic improvement to our lives.
