Cape May Soap Co.

I ordered this soap, after reading a book on Winston Churchill, and finding that he, along with Queen Victoria and Napoleon used it. Price was reasonable, came quickly after ordering online, and the soap is mild, both in feel in my skin and the scent. I will order more, and use as gifts as well.

I was looking for a REAL sponge to replace my synthetic one that was in shreds and a google search brought up Cape May and the reviews were spot on. Got my soap and sponges quickly (wrapped in nice tissue paper no less) and a follow up email (I love old fashioned good customer service). My BF loves the Windsor soap and we've both used the sponges and they are fabulous...I appreciate the responsible farming that got them to my bath! Can't say enough good things about Cape May Soap....

I was motivated to buy 2 bars, one for me and one for my Mother after reading it was the preferred soap of such notables as Napoleon, Queen Victoria and Price Albert, as well as Winston Churchill. Had to give a try!

My wife and I have been vacationing in Provence, France since the Eighties, and have always brought soaps home from there to use at home. They are superior to just about all commercial soaps available over here. Well, this year's travel plans had to be cancelled, and we tried a bar from Cape May Soap Company that my wife received as a gift. We were impressed with it in terms of its pleasant scent and its performance on our skin.
