These are great and pack a great punch. I do not take them often but when I do I like to give myself atleast 2-3 hours before they really kick in for me. I also appreciate the quick turnaround with the company and occasional discounts so I can stock up (last sale was Memorial Day weekend and I got 3 of them)!
