Horrible horrible to deal with

Very late shipping, the package arrived after a month in a whole different city, although i specified the correct address, even the postal code, just to be sure. Very good products tho, i will buy them from a local shop from now on

I really liked my store bought sun screen so I decided to order a few things. Unfortunately my order never arrived (apparently no delivery attempts) was sent back, haven’t received the refund yet (this one’s got one more day left though, so not judging that). So I asked for help via the website since I still wanted my order but didn’t know why this one didn’t make it. I never received a reply. Instead I’m getting mails asking if I’m happy with my purchase and to review please. Probably wouldn’t have written a review but since you’re asking…

It took way too long for the delivery. I‘ve got no email about the delay and got finally after three months the order after a complaint.
