Finally I can order from the EU without the worry of the parcel being stuck at customs for months. The only negative is that I am a Ultimate Bondi Babe on the rewards program, I should always get free shipping, but since October, I get charged 9.99€ if the order doesn't reach 50€, and then I have to contact customer service so they can reimburse me the 9.99€. The customer service told me they were going to fix and "Our team is currently investigating this issue" in October 2023 and to this date it still charges the shipping.
