Terrible customer service. I emailed complaining, they responded with their type of “solution” I told them it was still not what I asked for and they never responded. Will never be buying these products again. Waste of my money.

Never got my package or refund

Never even got my order.. so yeah.

I have never had a problem with Tans, but the Bondi Sands Dark Spray Tan formula was awful. The top colour pretty much rubbed off completely overnight, leaving me with very little depth of colour. And then the longer developing tan matured to a shade of olive green. It was embarrassing and looked awful. When I complained I was told that it is made with a green base deliberately ... apparently this is the intended look. Never again.

Will never buy from this brand again. So many more amazing tan brands now so there’s no need really. I sent an email through about a faulty product and heard no response. Even messaged them publicly on Instagram and again no response. This was months ago now. The lack of customer service is shocking
