My package never arrived despite being said it arrived and when I repeatedly tried to contact your customer service no one responded

The face oil gave me contact dermatitis. I don't know what exactly in the product gave me this tingling face rash but I will not be buying it again. The crystal lip balms are beautiful but not really functional for chapped lips. Cute gifts in theory but not very useful.
