Terrible customer service! My last order I was shipped the WRONG product even though the order and packing slip had the correct items. I sent a complaint and this is the ONLY contact I have received. Maybe you should go search for my complaint email.

I placed an order for mascara and primer in May. I was sent the wrong mascara and no primer. I was able to return and receive the right mascara and told the primer was on back order, despite my having received notification that it had shipped. I was told I would receive it by the end of June. It is July 11th and I still haven't received it. No explanation or follow up on delay. Decent product but poor customer service.

I have used this mascara before that I bought at a day spa and loved it, but the tube that was sent to me was dried out.
