I like Bioelements on the whole. Haven't been using my current purchase long enough to actually rate. Customer service is excellent & I love being able to try the new samples. Fedex hasn't been the most reliable. Usually they give me a delivery date & it's always delayed beyond that time, often several days. I will continue with Bioelements as I like the products & hope at some point they make a change from Fedex or put the pressure on them to be more reliable.

Love the product and quick delivery

I was introduced to the Bioelements line of products a few years ago when I "treated" myself to monthly facials as that was the line of products the salon used. After moving too far away from that salon, I have been purchasing products directly. There are frequent sales that helps the affordability and customer care is awesome!

I always keep a set because I don’t want to run out!
