Hair order.
I placed an order 10/6/17 for the 360 Peruvian hair,but the wrong item was sent, I received a Lace frontal instead.
I rang the shop Friday 16th, informed them of the error, I was told to return the Item, which I did on the same day at my time and expense. I rang the shop the following day, Saturday 17th, they confirmed to me that they have received the item I returned that morning. They assured me that they would dispatch the 360 Peruvian hair by next day delivery, I would receive it either by Monday or Tuesday 20th.
It is now Wednesday 28th, and I still have not received the original order or the replacement.
I am very unhappy with the Service provided, the fact that I have had to take time out again to ring your shop several occasion at my expense plus the inconvenience,( extremely disappointing).
