Your ordering web site is very difficult to navigate. I’m a regular customer and it took me over 20 minuets to place an order for a sale product. If I was a new customer I would have bailed on the order. Just saying.

I enjoy reading your articles and have shared them with friends. it's hard to get good information that makes sense. You tackle some important topics like alcohol and sunscreen and make it easy to understand but still allow the reader to come to their own choices vs. just pushing your products. I like that and have started to try some of your products and ideas. Good Job..
