This is my first time ever using the product an im in love but however their shipping is horrible it too a while and then got delayed twice so thinking about ordering from ulta next time

Beautiful products, beautifully packaged. The website was easy to navigate, and though shipping was a little late it was worth the wait. My one reservation is that the lip whip that lasts forever and the lip gloss could be a little different in labeling because I thought I bought three long lasting lip whips and actually bought two lip whips and one lip gloss.
