The Banyan breast balm, muscle balm, and joint balm have been very helpful products. The breast balm can stain your clothing but I have purchased short sleeve undershirts to wear under my clothing to keep the staining on the undershirt. I know how important it is to use the breast balm and the undershirt works great!
