When I started to learn about Ayurvedic Therapy, I was introduced to this company. I buy ALL my products here. The information they provide about every single product, the videos, etc. are amazing. Everything is organic and that's what I want. The only issue I have is I want to purchase EVERYTHING!!!!

I have received excellent customer service from Banyan Botanicals which makes a big difference in my shopping for ayurvedic products. There are ayurvedic products that I really like from other companies that I would buy if the customer service would be genuine and caring. After all it is for my health that I buy herbals so yes a genuine caring customer service makes me feel good. For example I love MAPI products but the way they manage clients' accounts on their website, the lack of care in customer service, and the yo - yo product marketing they do turns me off. Bothers me because I like the quality of some of their products. I would like Banyan B. to have more ayurvedic herbs/formulas to choose from.
