Best Customer Service Ever
My Banyan order was scanned as delivered at the NDCBU (multi-unit mailbox) where I receive mail. However, I didn't receive it. The mail carrier either misdelivered it and the recipient didn't turn it in, or the mail carrier stole it. Either way, I didn't receive it. I contacted the local post office and Banyan. The postmaster personally put notices in all the mailboxes, requesting any misdelivered package be returned to the post office. No success. Banyan immediately shipped a second package at no charge. No other company I have ever dealt with has been so quick to respond. Thank you, Banyan, for wonderful products and exceptional service!
