Received my BakBlade 2.0 Elite and noticed one of the blade cartridges was cracked. Contacted customer service and they went above and beyond by quickly shopping me 6 replacement blade cartridges even though I only needed one. Tried a wet shave in the shower but it didn’t go so well. Most of the hair on my back is “peach fuzz-like” so then I tried a dry shave and it worked great! The long handle worked well. Not sure that three blades is necessarily better than two. And I actually used the handle in a bent, ‘unlocked’ position for some passes which worked extremely well. I think that in the future they should make the handle be able to hold multiple angles/positions. All in all I was very happy with the result and glad I could be self-sufficient for the the task!

Product works well so far. I’ve always wanted to shave my own back more frequently and this tool is definitely helping. Was easy to use and clean.
