While I understand you all
While I understand you all have policies in place for a reason, the no refund unless there is a reaction to a product will prevent me from ordering new items in the future. I paid $44 for the body wash, did not like it, and was told I would not get a refund or even a credit. If you had looked at my account, you'd see I do not normally return things. I was disappointed in my interactions with your customer service department on this one. Thank you
