I was Using the liquid apple cider vinager and this is just so much easier. The taste was not very appealing to me in the liquid and these you don't taste anything. It's great.

it really does suppress hunger. Which means a lot coming from me since not a lot of products work for me.

I'm extremely great full they have this in a pill. Drinking this stuff is nasty as all can be.!! I'll definitely be buying more.!
