Helps naturally control heart burn. And helps in fighting general sickness!! I haven't been sick yet since I have taken this....been about a year so far. Even believe it or not-the common cold!!!

I have just been taking these for about 3 weeks now and can tell a difference in the way my stomach feels and I also don't have heartburn as often as I was getting it. Would recommend to anyone with stomach issues.
