Communication was good, order was shipped fairly fast for standard post, products arrived neatly packaged, but didn't receive the free tester sample in my order. Oh well, maybe next time.

I am extremely disappointed in the process for getting my product. I ordered it at the end of April and it still has not arrived. I paid $66 to have that shipped to me in Canada from Australia. I received an email asking me if I enjoyed the product which I have not received yet. Please contact whoever you need to use this email as a search and find out what happened to my products and when am I going to get them because this is extremely unacceptable. As far as I'm concerned my money was stolen. I want my two containers of andaloo taming cream ASAP. It's very basic put it in a box send it in the mail. Thank you.
