The sale mad3 shipping much slower than usual. But so worth the wait

Shipping was very fast.

Unfortunately, it hasn't been great. I do understand there are difficulties during the new website set up, but my questions about it are usually not answered directly. It's also puzzling how it can take so long and isn't done behind the scenes, so the current website could keep trading. Shipping was also glacially slow. The products are 100% excellent, so I am persisting!
