I tried ordering online but had trouble using the website. I couldn't get it to choose the oil that I wanted and send it to a cart so that I could pay. I tried several times, but it would send the wrong one to the cart, which cost twice as much. I ended up calling and ordering by phone. because I was so frustrated.

Ayurvedic formulas have been used in India and many parts of the world for centuries. You choose them based on answering questions about your personal temperament and physiology and identifying you as belonging to one of the doshas. I seem to have attributes of all 3 doshas and therefore was skeptical about these oils. I've have found that occasionally the Sattva seems to have a positive effect and I like the way it smells. At other times it isn't very pleasing.

I love your products and your service usually but with this last order, nothing seemed to work. I’ve explained everything in the last two emails I sent you over the weekend. Basically, the checkout process didn’t work. Plus, it wouldn’t accept either coupon code I gave it.
