I ordered 2 items. I
I ordered 2 items. I never received an email noting my items had shipped until after the package arrived. I left 4 messages requesting a return call regarding the status of my order and never received a call back. When I finally got my package one if the items was missing and when I called to request a refund I was told the items I ordered were non refundable or returnable. I don’t understand why I have to pay for an item I never received.
