TERRIBLE!!!

If I get full refund let you know what I think so far not good customer service

I ordered 2 items. I never received an email noting my items had shipped until after the package arrived. I left 4 messages requesting a return call regarding the status of my order and never received a call back. When I finally got my package one if the items was missing and when I called to request a refund I was told the items I ordered were non refundable or returnable. I don’t understand why I have to pay for an item I never received.

After I bought the Hoist BASED on your recommendation, now that I have it, it doesn’t meet my needs & you won’t exchange it. If I return it you charge a 25% restocking fee.
