The Amica representative we dealt with, Kim, was very professional and polite. Since there seemed to be a high demand for the Belevita bath lift she encouraged us to nail down our position in the que, which we did on June 7th. She very graciously responded to my status queries every couple of weeks. The last time we called she obtained a tentative shipping date from Drive Medical, which turned out to be very accurate. We couldn't be more pleased with Amica's service.
