Waited 2 weeks for my parcel to ship, while my emails were completely ignored by customer service that absolutely doesn’t exist. And now my parcel tracking shows only that the parcel was received by royal mail 7 days ago and has not even started the process of being shipped abroad. I have no one to contact, Alyaka’s customer service is non existent, a lot of money is waisted. Avoid !!

Customers service no response despite multiple emails asking for help with broken item and returns request for product swap And request for additional product advice. All ignored and now forced to go to credit card provider to action help.

Never received the products zero customer service support. Took my money and didn’t deliver

I haven't even received the product. I tried calling them, and the number didn't work; I tried emailing them, and I haven't received any answer. So far, I've been unable to get a refund. So far, this has been the worst online purchasing experience I've ever had, and I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing from them.

Terrible! Order placed on 22.March requested delivery to Spain, and still have not got it!!
