AlgaeCal (Old Store)

I love the Algae Cal website. Everything you need to know about osteoporosis, the algae cal program, exercises, nutrition etc are well laid out there. I have found it most helpful these past 2 years... in which I have improved my bone density hugely. All round Algae Cal provide a top class website, together with top class support.

I'm quite happy with the dexa results from using Algae cal. So far, I've been able to avoid taking Rx like Fosamax. I like that the capsules can be opened easily & the powder can be sprinkled on yogurt

I am very happy with my results after taking Algae Cal for about 18 months. I had to make some adjustments initially and start off slower than recommended but it worked out. I had a dexascan a year after starting AC and my bone density increased by 4.6 % in my left hip. I take Stronthium a few times a week. I do eat very healthy and do yoga twice a week and take a Zumba and weight class at the gym. It is a great product.
