The new site is much quicker and easier to navigate. I was always frustrated with the slowness of the prior website. Now I don't dread going to ahava.com.

The shipper I chose (USPS) lost my package and Ahava Customer Service (Anna) was very quick to credit my account and fulfill my re-order. This happened not once, but twice !! I have since changed my shipping method to UPS lol. Anna was very professional and courteous through the entire ordeal. I have been using Osmoter for years and love it!
