Customer support was slower in getting back to me than the packaging and shipping team. Morevover, when the item arrived, the box was damaged. Outside packaging was in immaculate condition, meaning that an already damaged box was packed in my order, and since it was a gift, I felt very embarrassed giving it to my brother.

Having spent close to $300 on a perfume, you would think they would add free samples to the purchase, especially during Christmas season. Will never purchase from Above the collar again. Even Myer has better customer service.
