I received these for my birthday. I first I didn't know how to use them so I called the company and they helped me out right away. Now I use them every night. Love my vermilion strips :)

My first impression with the website was that it was too busy but as I read through everything, all the questions I had were addressed. I guess with a product like this it's important to have use customers know how it works. I also like all the videos.

Have not tried it yet but love the packaging! Very clean and expensive looking.
