I read some good comments on Facebook and thought I would try these. No one tells you that they do wear out. I was angry after 6 months, complained and the company sent me a new pair. To me, THAT is why I am giving a good review.

I just opened the box, started playing with one, bending and flexing, and SPLASH! I dropped it in the toilet. Needless to say, I didn't grab it. I called in and they replaced it without charge and in 2 days! I thought this alone is worth commenting on. I have been using these for about a month. They're definitely different and I haven't found any kind of lip product like this. I'm really excited with my results and have alreaddy gotten a couple friends to buy too!

When my order came, I was really excited. I opened the box and pulled out all the products. One of them was a complete question mark to me. I had no idea what it was so I went onto the website and found the description of what I had. I was able to figure it out right from their website, so that was great. All th producst have their own description and instructions. And if you need a printed set of instructions (like me), they have a button to download it. So helpful!

I couldn't find my shipping information in my email, so I called in. I spoke with Marcy and she was so nice and found my information right then.

I had so many questions about these strips so I emailed their customer service and the girl Anita was so helpful. After that I had no reservations about ordering. So far loving the strips and my improving lips!
