When these arrived, I returned them as I thought it was the wrong order. They refunded my money in full. Later, I re-ordered when I realized my mistake. I like their customer service and serum.

I used these for almost 3 months and lost one of the strips. I posted this on Facebook and the company reached out to me and replaced them, no charge. Clearly they did not need to. However, because of this, I am giving them a 5 star review.

I love any company that offers free shipping. My order came really quickly and so far I really like the product. The strips seem to be working. :)
