I appreciate how easy to use the website is, how good customer service has been, and the quality of the products. I don't especially like the smell of one of the products I purchased, but I do think that everything is of good quality. It shipped quickly and arrived safely, and the packaging was excellent! I normally get rid of the packaging when I buy beauty products, but I love these so much I actually store them in the boxes they came in!
