Wig

I return a wig for exchange. Got an email asking me to tell phone. Telephone I did but never got to a real person. Tried three times. Obviously there is a problem but no one seems to be manning the store to receive calls. Huge disappointment. I probably won’t even get a refund. Don’t order from them.

I wanted a particular Jaclyn Smith wig that was out of stock on another site and found it at Wig.com. I was under a time crunch and wig.com was able to get the wig to me quickly.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH WIGS .COM I WOULD RATE A 10.....THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE EXCHANGE WENT HEAVENLY (I ORDERED WRONG COLOR HAD TO SEND BACK), BUT THWY MAD IT SO EASY....EARLINE
