Wig

I saw that 2 to 3 days shipping was available for $12.00 so I ordered a hair topper. I paid thru paypal and the amount was correct. I received a notice and the charges had changed to $19.00. I tried to remedy the problem but no success... then I noticed they sent it standard. As of 9 days I still didnt receive it but all they tell me there are sorry. I have ordered before but will not again. I will also have to dispute with paypal.. I can not believe that they can change the price after I place the order when I know I'm right. I received no help.

I have gone crazy for Paula Young wigs! I just started buying wigs in May and now have so many. I’m very happy with the products and service I’ve received including refunds. If I like a style I the order 3 or 4 in different shades. My favorites are Misty, Chantel, Hadley, Sedona and Teagan.

Customer service was very informative and friendly. I received my wig in time as promised. I wear wigs a lot and will order more.

Very easy web site to use. Product was true to description.

I love my new wig. Fits great and people don’t even know it’s not real.
