The website is fine. The products work. Shipping was fast. What’s the deal with customer service? I’ve submitted the short form to reach customer service on 3 different occasions but have never received a response. Does anyone even read them? So annoying.

I ordered 2 bottles of complete columns care powder, but received only 1 bottle which arrived in opened condition. I contacted the customer service by phone and by e-form about this issue - received 0 response. They simply do not answer.
