This is the only product we have found to keep my husband's gout under control. The one time we ran out, his gout came back. If he feels it coming on, he just takes a larger dose for a few days. We tell everyone we know who has or has had gout.

Promptness, shipping, etc., were fine. The product did me no good whatsoever. While the product may work fine for someone, it was a total waste of my money!
