I'm 68 and have suffered from external hemorrhoids my entire life. I started using Hem-Relief several years ago with great success. It's not a cure but it does help keep the swelling under control. In fact, I stopped using it a couple months ago to reduce my supplements and that was a big mistake. I'm back to taking it again and realize that I need to keep taking it. I don't know if it will work for everyone but given how uncomfortable external hemorrhoids are, it's sure worth a try.
