Great Product & Unbeatable Customer Service! I initially ordered the welcome kit, but after a misdelivery, I switched to the refill pouch so it would fit easily in my mailbox. The pouch itself is beautiful (a nice brown with gold accents) and easy to reseal. As for the product itself, I’m very happy so far. The capsules feel high quality, dissolve well, smell refreshing (like mint), and taking the 3 daily pills is effortless. What really sets this company apart is their customer service. I had to reach out twice regarding delivery issues, and every representative was genuinely kind and helpful. Unlike other companies, they took full responsibility without any hassle. They even took extra effort to send a follow-up email regarding one delivery issue to make sure I'd gotten the product. Highly recommend both the product and the brand!
