I didn’t need anything from the provider. Order and delivery were consistent with info posted about shipping in FAQs.

I have lost approximately 1.5” from around the fullest part of my waist. I use the device everyday and on multiple regions. It has done a lot to smooth out the cellulite on my thighs. I have tried all the light therapy devices and treatments and feel I’ve finally found what I need. I’m keeping it and telling my friends, thanks Well 365.
