Works well I can feel a difference and even during times of the month I have cravings I'm not finding myself indulging thanks to this stuff. I personally don't like the smell of it which made me afraid to taste it but the taste is a decent citrus that's a bit tart and doesn't taste like it smells.

I bought this off Groupon and followed the mailing instructions. Received my product within 3 days! I'm still working through the MIC-B12+ but it does give a nice kick of energy.
