I purchased a voucher from Groupon and customer care was awesome to help me with ordering process and support. I received the good in less than a week. Only tried once so far so I can't say anything yet about it's effectiveness.

I received my Waistbuster package about 5 days after ordering. It’s very well packaged, all pieces came in perfect condition. I’ve only used twice now, but my only complaint is the battery turns off after the 8 minute interval and I have to turn the battery back on and restart the waistbuster when I move it to a different location. It would be 10 stars if the battery didn’t turn off. But that all said, the B12 works really well, you can definitely feel the activator working when it goes on. Only having used twice now, I am not yet noticing results, but I’m sure I will. It’s important to read all directions first, before starting the program.
