When I emailed to say that my pump had broke, no questions asked customer service got right back to me. Told me they were sending a new one out no charge no. To me that's great customer service good product good customer service thank you.

This lotion/serum is amazing I can really tell a difference compared to other body care products I have. I feel like it reduced redness too.
