Wax Wax

This is my 4th time ordering from Wax Wax and there’s never anything that’s smooth sailing. This very last time I purchased 10 pounds of wax and only 5 was delivered over 2 weeks later. When I called to inquire about the other 5 pounds Maria states she was going to send out the other 5 pounds same day. I asked Maria due to my CONSISTENT inconvenience can I get the large wax sticks needed for melting down wax and she included 1 in my order. The time before that the wax came in late AFTER I had purchased next day delivery and had to reschedule my clients. This will be the very last time I order from wax wax because as a professional they don’t respect my business!

Never received my item I was reached out via text and email with still no no solution yet I was supposed to receive my package on 1/30 it is 2/14 and still nothing. I put in a claim with them and still I have heard nothing back!1st and last time purchasing through this brand

Don’t waste your money it doesn’t pick up the hair at all

Felt like it didn’t grab hairs fully having to do multiple cleanup strips making the service longer than needed. Also noticed a lot of redness after and breakout on clients I don’t have with Bushbalm. Wasn’t too impressed. Isn’t what I want my business to be like. I want to be known for clean, quick, and pain free services.
