Terrible customer service availability

Prouduct more expensive in a smaller bottle than before. Will not be purchasing again.

I have submitted a couple emails regarding a product and the fact that I don’t receive discounts when it is advertised on the email, but have never received any answers.

Wander Beauty has terrible customer service. I have sent 2 messages about an incorrect total and have heard nothing. I was overcharged $40. 00 on a 50% BOGO sale. I believe my order # was: WB336310. I ordered (2) makeup bags. The discount did apply to the makeup bags. I ordered (2) Essence and Toner. I was charged $80. 00 when I should have been charged $40. 00. The text stated 50% BOGO SITEWIDE. NO CODE NEEDED TODAY ONLY. There was no mention of the BOGO SALE being valid on 1 product. This is misleading. I am supposed to be receiving a cleanser for free. A $32. 00 value. That. . . . I am truly grateful but still doesn't refund my $40. 00 for the Essence and Toner mistake nor does it explain ignoring my messages from customer service.
