The belt lacks back support and can cause a little sweating during workouts. I have purchased a few waist trainers from this site, but I do not recommend this belt as it does not resemble the photo.

Received a faulty waist trainer. Emailed and submitted return via website and it took 7 days for an auto email to “approve” my return. It’s now been another week, I’ve received confirmation the product was received and I’m still waiting for a refund. I was also charged postage to return a faulty product. Terrible customer service, all I’ve received is auto emails. avoid buying here.
