The shipping service is fine. But the formulation of the products needs a lot of attention. Some colors just will not build up to color in the pan regardless of how many coats one applies. The formula on all of the pan palettes is patchy and muddies very quickly. Some colors are very difficult to blend. It just isn't a good brand and certainly not the dupes they claim to be.

Like I said, I used very little as directed and I looked like strawberry 🍓 shortcake it was horrible!! I will not buy any products from you’re company!!!!!😡😡😡

I already wrote a lengthy dissertation about my misfortune of having to work with this deplorable company. But to summarize: they don’t disclose the type of carriers that they use when shipping, THEY DON’T ANSWER EMAILS and they write your address incorrectly (well, they didn’t write mine at all). Honestly, if you live in the U.S. and their territories, save yourself the time, energy and sanity and just buy your stuff at Ulta.com

3 of the 5 bottles of makeup were open and spilled upon arrival. i sent you guys a email but never heard back. I'm happy to change/delete my review if you would send replacements.
