Great customer service
I had ordered and paid for a three month subscription, and about a month later I received an email asking if I wanted to place another order. I am inexperienced when it comes to the subscription orders, and I was upset when I read the email. I immediately wrote back and explained that I did not want to order another 3 months and asked them not to place the order. I received an email immediately saying that the order would not be placed and that until I contacted them they would cancel my subscription. All my anxiety was gone and I felt relieved that someone from customer service reached out. I am extremely encouraged with the support I received from their customer service department because I plan to do business with them for many years to come. Thank you!
