I was so pleased to see VSL improved their packaging and cooling pack procedure, that now ensures my product gets to me cold and still live bacteria. For a short bit, I avoided ordering in hotter weather months because I was treated poorly when I contacted vsl to complain the product arrived not cold, with the ice packs completely melted, warm, and had me questioning if the bottle I had was even still live bacteria. VSL replaced the product, but with wording like "this one time only"...are you scolding me!? The instant it's delivered, I retrieve it from my porch, unbox and refrigerate. They finally must have gotten enough complaints that they realized they had an actual problem, and addressed the packaging cold packs.

Arrived on time, kept cold, and I can already tell it’s working.
